優(yōu)點(diǎn):rexroth齒輪泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊、體積小、質(zhì)量輕、工藝性好、價(jià)格便宜、自吸力強(qiáng)、對(duì)油液污染不敏感、轉(zhuǎn)速范圍大、能耐沖擊性負(fù)載,維護(hù)方便、工作可靠。
缺點(diǎn):rexroth齒輪泵徑向力不平衡、流動(dòng)脈動(dòng)大、噪聲大、效率低,零件的互換性差,磨損后不易修復(fù),不能做變量泵用。
rexroth齒輪泵困油現(xiàn)象
原因:rexroth齒輪泵液壓油在漸開(kāi)線齒輪泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中,因齒輪相交處的封閉體積隨時(shí)間改變,常有一部分的液壓油被密封在齒間,如圖所示,稱為困油現(xiàn)象,因液壓油不可壓縮將使外接齒輪產(chǎn)生極大的振動(dòng)和噪聲,影響系統(tǒng)正常工作。
困油現(xiàn)象
措施:rexroth齒輪泵在前后蓋板或浮動(dòng)軸套上開(kāi)卸荷槽,開(kāi)設(shè)卸荷槽的原則:兩槽間距為zui小閉死容積,而使閉死容積由大變小時(shí)與壓油腔相通,閉死容積由小變大時(shí)與吸油腔相通。
卸荷槽泄漏現(xiàn)象
rexroth齒輪泵的泄漏較大,外嚙合齒輪運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)泄漏途徑有以下三點(diǎn):一為齒輪頂隙,其次為測(cè)隙,第三為嚙合間隙。
其中端面?zhèn)认缎孤┹^大,占總泄漏量的80%-85%,當(dāng)壓力增加時(shí),前者不會(huì)改變,但后者撓度大增,此為外嚙合齒輪泵泄漏zui主要的原因,容積效率較低,故不適合用作高壓泵。
解決方法:端面間隙補(bǔ)償采用靜壓平衡措施,在齒輪和蓋板之間增加一個(gè)補(bǔ)償零件,如浮動(dòng)軸套、浮動(dòng)側(cè)板。

受力不均衡現(xiàn)象
右側(cè)是壓油腔,rexroth齒輪泵左側(cè)是吸油腔,兩腔的壓力是不平衡的;另外壓油腔因齒頂泄漏,其壓力為遞減。兩不均衡壓力作用于齒輪和軸稱徑向不平衡壓力,油壓越高,該力越大,加速軸承磨損,降低軸承壽命,使軸彎曲,加大齒頂與軸孔磨損。
防止措施:采用壓力平衡槽或縮小壓油腔。
